4. Repeat Infringers

ThriveMart reserves the right to terminate the accounts or block access for users who are deemed repeat infringers under the DMCA or applicable laws.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not responsible for the content uploaded by third parties on our website. We act in good faith to remove infringing material when properly notified but are not liable for actions taken in response to DMCA notices.

6. Changes to This Policy
